My Story

I didn't even know for a long time that I was living on the surface of life, until a life changing event forced me to wake up and heal my life.  I was a young mother and all of a sudden experienced tremendous unexpected loss with the death of my husband.  This was the catalyst that thrust me out of my numbed out comfort zone and into the world I live in today - one that is full of life, love and so much light. 

Today my passion is to help others Live Deeply because, as I discovered first hand, life is way too short not to.  Reiki helped wake me up and coaching woke me up to all that I am truly meant to be and experience in my life.

Today, I am healed, I continue to heal and I am on a journey to help others heal and experience themselves and life more deeply. 

My services and programs are not for those who wish to continue living on the surface - sorry, no judgement, if that is what you wish.  My services are about going deeper with yourself, with others and with life.
